We're proud to present our offer which consists of four fully furnished mountain chalets surrounded by beautiful mountains of Velka Raca. Come see for your self and relax in the heart of nature of Kysuce region.

Where We Are
Our chalets are located in Oscadnica village close to ski resort Snowparadise Velka Raca which belongs to TOP 5 ski locations in Slovakia.
This part of Kysuce region offers picturesque sceneries and all comfort while you enjoy you free time. Accessible within two hours from capital city Bratislava and in twenty minutes from Zilina - this location is more than interesting vacation spot. It offers comfort of a house and integrity of an apartment in residential complex accompanied by wonderful mountains - a chalet you have always dreamed of.
Within 60 kilometers from our chalets you can find a number of ski resorts, golf course, wellness resorts in Slovakia and Poland as well as numerous hiking and bike trails in case you prefer to spend your time off on the move.
Why This Location
Chalets orientation towards south and close to mountain brook offers unique relax opportunities in the heart of nature.
Wonderful views of surrounding mountains about 400 meters from village centre. Newly built part of village with limited construction opportunities offers privacy you are looking for. All chalets are accessible by asphalt road and you will park your car right in front of the chalet.
Health care and other services are available in town Cadca only 5 kilometers from our chalets. Basic services are also provided in the centre of Oscadnica.
Our chalets are a partner of Snowparadise Velka Raca resort which allows you to use all its benefits at a discounted rate (terms and conditions may apply).

Terms of accommodation
- Advance payment (when booking your stay): 50% of total price for accomodation
- Deposit for the duration of stay: 100EUR
- No smoking in chalets
- Your dog or cat can stay here
- Optional breakfast, half and full-board menu is available in nearby restaurants (100 meters from our chalets). You will need to arrange this yourself if you are interested.

Rates
Final price of your stay is determined by a total number of guests and nights you will stay with us. The minimum price is for two nights and four people and includes all utilities (water, electricity, internet access etc.) and cleaning of the chalet. Local accommodation tax will be added to final price. Local tax is 1EUR/night for every adult person (50c for every child). Jacuzzi surcharge:
1 chalet/1 jacuzzi: +40EUR/day
2 chalets/1 jacuzzi: +60EUR/day - Children not requiring bed - free
Jacuzzi is in two out of four chalets and can only be ordered for the whole duration of your stay, i.e. jacuzzi rate applies for every day of your stay.
Each chalet has two parking places reserved in the parking lot.
- One night stay only for 205EUR
- New Year's Eve: 265EUR/night. Minimum stay is 5 nights.
- When a chalet is occupied by at least 4 adults following rates apply to children:
- Children aged 0 to 4: free
- Children aged 5 to 12: 8EUR/child/night
